The Global Gaming Expo (G2E) 2025, presented by the American Gaming Association and organized by RX, is set to launch the inaugural G2E Dealer Championship — a nationwide competition spotlighting the best casino dealers across the United States. For the first time on U.S. soil, this high-stakes showdown will crown America’s top dealer in front of industry peers and global audiences.
Dealer Excellence Takes Center Stage
The multi-day tournament will culminate in cash awards for the top three finalists, celebrating not just gaming knowledge but poise, precision, and personality at the table.
Eligibility requirements:
- Open to full-time, part-time, or dual-rate dealers from licensed land-based or online U.S. casinos
- Nomination by employer is required
- Each enterprise may nominate up to four properties, with one participant per property
- Each contestant must be accompanied by a table games executive, who will also serve on the judging panel
Format and Judging Criteria
Contestants will be evaluated while dealing Blackjack and traditional Roulette, each for a 15-minute round. Judging criteria include:
- Technical skill
- Customer hospitality
- Game management and control
A series of elimination rounds will determine the finalists based on performance across both games.
